Lego and Us
Today im gonna talk about LEGO which is become
one of the popular toys among people nowadays. It is not only popular among
kids but it also become the phenomena among the adults.
What
is LEGO ??? It’s
comprising from plastic block toy that is inspired by a carpenter from Denmark.
There are various type of lego such as Lego NXT mindstorms,
Lego Wedo, Lego Duplo, Lego machine
and mechanism.
Each type of LEGO is made according to age level suitability that is
stimulating the creativity of the player because it is involving imagination
and thinking skills of the player. It concerns about the arrangement of the
separated bricks to transform into complete models.
The
fact that LEGO built the
creativity level among the kids had been proved when most of the kindergarden
is using Lego as a teaching aid. It is because in that level, the kids are
curious and has a strong willing to explore and manipulate something that draw
their intention. This toys attract them by their colourful and unique bricks.
Thus, the kids gonna use the high level of cognitive ability in order to make a
model.
Besides, LEGO
helps to enhance the problem-solving skill. We’re gonna be had a will to solve
the lego in order to make it in shape. Indirectly it gonna be make us think and
keep thinking to solve it. It is because when we’re stuck, it gonna train us to
find a way out of the problem.
Last
but not least, buying a set of LEGO is
not a type of wasting instead it is giving a lot of benefits. For me, spending
every cents of my pocket money to buy a lego is a type of therapy. LEGO FOR LIFE J
